You Never Know Who You Will Meet . . . Joe Pantoliano and me

I had the distinct pleasure of teaching a Metal Clay Workshop for the CT Bead Society at their April Retreat on Enders Island in Mystic, Ct. While setting up for class, a man who was at the center for another retreat stopped in to look at my jewelry. I looked up, smiled and said "Hi". He smiled and said "hi" back to me. Then I looked closer and said "Do I know you? You look so familiar to me." He smiled again and druzy and fine silver necklace said, "I'm Joe Pantoliano." I laughed and said "Of course, now I recognize you."

We proceeded to talk about how beautiful the retreat center was and how wonderful it was to be there. He admired my jewelry, tried some on, and actually bought two pieces. He was kind enough to model my necklace and I had my picture taken with him.

He also told me about an organization Joe Pantoliano he had founded called nkm2 which is very worth checking out.

You never know what life has in store for you. Greet each day with anticipation of blessings and positive experiences and see what happens!
